Planned outages

I want to speak to field supervisor or leader in my area. 2 days now xfinity plans a outage to put me out of service and I have 3 people working from home about to get fired because they can't connect. I work for a utility company and when we plan outages we warn the customers so they can plan accordingly. This is unprofessional and untolerable. Worst part is they want to create the outage first thing in morning and then at the end of day they turn it back on, now today same thing. I want immediate attention and want to speak to real people in my area. As I said, I work for a utility company so I don't expect to be treated like I don't know what I'm talking about
