Planned Outages

Is it too much to ask to be notified about planned outages?? It’s highly aggravating to be in the middle of something and have the wifi go out.

Hello, @nana_tt, I hope your week is off to a good start. I'm very sorry planned maintenance impacted your Wi-Fi service. Do you have the Xfinity My Account app? From the overview section planned maintenance will be posted.
