"Planned outage" with no information of any sort for over 24 hours now, no text updates, ETA, emails about the outage, anything.
And I can't contact anybody at xfinity by phone or chat because there's an 'outage' and I have to wait till it's over. The outage map shows nothing, I signed up for text notifications and have got nothing.
At this point I don't even know if anything is happening.
I'm on a trip and can't remotely access my computer for work for 24 hours now or even be home to know if it's a false flag.
