Planned Outage Resolved But Still No Internet or Phone

After I got a notification that there is a planned outage in my area my internet and phone lost connection. I then got another notification a few hours later that said that the Outage has been resolved and internet should be restored but my internet and phone are still not connecting. The Xfinity Assistant asked me to unplug for 10 seconds and to plug it back in and wait for 10 minutes. Ive done it 4 times already and I still do not have Internet or Phone

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
