Plan upgrade - currently advertised pricing
I'm an existing Xfinity 2 Gig customer paying $119/month, with recurring $30 data overages.
I've already spoken with your retention department, which offered me a five-year price guarantee at $135/month. They also suggested downgrading to 1 Gig for $95/month, which I'm not interested in.
Comcast publicly advertised its 2 Gig five-year plan at $115/month, including unlimited data and equipment.
I'm asking for an account-specific review to see whether you can match that $115 rate while preserving my 2 Gig service.
I've also experienced intermittent performance issues and would appreciate a technical review of my connection.
I'd like to remain with Xfinity, but $135/month is difficult to justify given the publicly advertised pricing.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
