Plan review
Hoping to review current plan offers with an Xfinity rep. I have had the same plan for a few years and am overall happy with it.
I currently pay 89 OTD and have 800 down, 40 up (I believe)
I have always provided my own modem but am open to the gateway equipment if it is provided within the plan cost that is affordable
Not looking to pay more, just mainly checking in to see if there are better plans available since its been awhile.
Not interested in bundling with mobile service, just looking for internet.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
