Plan price increase

My plan price increase just went into effect and it’s a 50% increase in cost. That’s huge! With all the other costs that have gone up, it’s just not something I can plan for right now. However, Xfinity’s site doesn’t seem to have much capability for cancelling service and the live chat never works. I’m not sure what’s available in my area for other providers, however, my faith that xfinity is doing well as a company is waning. I’m worried that if I have a future issue, I won’t be able to reach anyone then either. How do I find out if I can lower my payment, and, if not, how can I cancel?

user_z2dcf0 I can definitely relate with having to budget for price increases everywhere, so you're not alone. My team will be able to help you today to see if there is a new plan to help lower your bill. If you also should need help in the future, you can always call in to customer service, visit a Xfinity store, or reach out to us on the forums like you just did.
