Plan change

My understanding is that the plan is $60, and with the AutoPay and paperless billing discount it should be $50. I’ve already updated my AutoPay payment method, but my upcoming charges are still showing $71.31. Can you explain why I’m not receiving the discount?

Sorry, I explained it wrong earlier. I was originally on the $82 plan. Recently, I went to an Xfinity store and changed to the $60 plan, which I was told would be $50 after the AutoPay discount. I understand that I was still charged $82 for this month’s bill. That’s fine. However, when I check my upcoming bill, it’s showing $71.31. Shouldn’t it be around $50 instead? Can you explain why the upcoming bill is still showing $71.31?
