Plan change and billing not correct
I've been an Xfinity customer for about 5 years. Yesterday I tried to change my TV Ultimate plan to a lower cost plan and everything went smoothly until I got finished and it said my new bill was about $50 more than my old high plan!!!. My old cost we $309 per month, and now instead of a lower cost with a cheaper plan, it's $345 per month!! And they're sending new equipment" for me to install. All I wanted is a less expensive plan. I can't talk to anyone. I'm worried that when the equipment comes, if I don't install it, I'll still have to pay the newer cost but getting less channels. Someone please please help!! Thank you
