Plan Builder page not working for weeks?

I've been trying to setup new service for a family member and no matter where I start, as soon as the process tries to proceed past the address, I receives a "something went wrong" message. This has been going on for weeks. I've tried different browsers, different computers, I've even tried to not be using my Xfinity internet service to see if it is some internal routing issue. Could you please fix this?

@user_akqzrn I am sorry to hear of this issue. Are you able to try incognito https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/private-browsing before visiting the website?
