Plan Builder Not Working

I tried to change my service over to the 1 Gigabit 85$ for 5 years offer a week ago (using https://www.xfinity.com/digital/offers/plan-builder), got a confirmation, and nothing changed. I have done this again today, and hoping it will post this time.
