plan builder doesn't work
I have been trying to get my plan changed with plan builder. I spent 4 hours on phone yesterday, went to local office today, use chat for 2 hours today and the guy sent me links to approve and he kept getting errors. I cannot change my plan. Customer service has no idea what to do. I am so (Edited: Language) at comcast now. Why!?!?!?! I originally fought with plan builder on line and finally got a confirmation number (Edited: Personal Information) and thanks for my purchase. Then I got a call back from you saying there's an error. Can you please fix your software. This is really disgusting to deal with.

I agree. Same issues. Plan builder and customer service (Edited: Language). Can't resolve my simple plan changes.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
