Placing TV on Seasonal Hold [Edited]
I want to place tv on seasonal hold while keeping internet/phone. Followed process outlined by App, but confirming doc kept showing pricing the opposite (that tv would be kept, and internet put on suspension) would happen. Tried several times, same result. So wasted several hours.

The seasonal convenience plans would put both your internet and TV services on that suspension, unless you choose the Seasonal internet access plan with the 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds at the https://comcastseasonal.com/#!/ site. The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
