We are having a pixilated picture we have had a guy out twice with no results tells us we have to replace the wiring in our house at our expense we are so tired of this been with comcast for years and I do mean years...We pay 300.00 a month no movie channels and the inside wiring isn't covered the wiring you put in several years ago I'm ready to swith you buried the line outside and used the wrong size line and then he said that wasn't it it wasn't water logged gave us a new box wasn't
