Pixelated tv
We have been have issues with our tvs for 6-8 weeks. I have contacted Xfinity over and over again. We have had two technicians to our house. They have not resolved the issue. I have spoken to more and more agents. None of them review our account to see what the issues are or what has already been tried. Neither technician has followed through after they were unable to fix the issue. I have tried to ask to speak to supervisors and they won’t allow me to. We are switching to AT&T today. I’m done with Xfinity for good.
