Pickup Equipment

I moved recently and I just signed up for xfinity services. I placed the equipment for delivery as I saw no option for pickup, however I’d like to pickup because I do need the internet for online classes. Is there a way I can change my order for pickup?

Hello there. If your order is scheduled to be delivered within the next 5 days, we can not make changes to it. You can however, visit your local Xfinity store at any time and pick equipment up for self installation. You would need to return the delivered equipment within 10 days to your local store, so you are not charged with it.
