Picking up Wifi Gateway
I have a gateway to be picked up at an xfinity store. I need someone else to pick it up for me though. How do I authorize that or can they just pick it up?

Thanks for posting on our community forums, user_fzkq29. That is a great question. Only the Primary, Manager, or Authorized users can pick up equipment at the store. The easiest way to add someone as authorized would be through our awesome Xfinity App or website. Once their name is added, they can visit us at the nearest service center to pick up the equipment.
