Picking up my equipment and extra services i didn't agree to added on

When I went to pick up my equipment the form I needed to sign wouldn't load on my phone so the girl pushed it through on her end. My bill was supposed to be 29.95 with the xfinity essentials plan but I was charged 83 because a home phone line was added. I called and was able to get it removed but that is definitely shady and sadly some won't notice until they been charged multiple times.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
