Hello @user_dlas3g, thanks for reaching out for help with your getting started kit. 

In most cases we can't change the order once it has been placed, but you can go to the store at anytime and pick up your free getting started kit. Depending on how much time has gone by since you placed the order, its possible the shipment will automatically be canceled. If not, all you need to do is simply return the equipment that is mailed out or drop it off at an Xfinity Store.
