user_lno8g9 Anyone listed on the account with a Primary or Manager profile, or listed as Authorized on the account can pick up equipment for the account in store with a valid ID. If they don't have at least a Manager profile for the account, or listed on the account as authorized they wouldn't be able to pick up equipment for you.
