Welcome home, @user_90614e. I hope things are going better for you now. You can pick up a box at any time at the store, no order is required beforehand. They will process it when you pick up the box. You can Schedule an Appointment at the Xfinity Store and skip the wait. We also offer the Xfinity Stream Beta App on Partner Devices. If you have a compatible device you can watch your cable subscription on there without paying for a cable box rental charge. Please let us know if you have further questions. We are happy to help.
