I appreciate you giving that a shot! If your phones are connected to phone jacks throughout the home, are you able to connect one of the phones directly to the modem's phone jack to rule out any possible issues with the internal wiring in the home?

Thanks for clarifying, user_hf1tbg! In that case, we definitely have a solid signal coming out from the modem. To confirm and get a better idea of how your phones were set up, was the modem connected to a wall jack which fed to all the phones in the home?
