Phone unlock request denied with no reason given
Xfinity Support denied my unlock request without providing a reason and closed the ticket. I believe all unlock requirements have been met. Who can I write to get my phone unlocked (Comcast headquarters in Philadelphia? A complaint to the FCC?)?
