Phone system hangs up first time every time......

The xfinity phone system is the absolute WORST.  It refuses to put a real person on the phone the first time I call EVERY time.  It does everything it can to send me to a chat or online, and eventually just hangs up.  If I call back immediately, I am suddenly able to get to a real person very quickly.  This is a disgusting way to treat customers.  Also, I don't need to hear fake typing when I'm arguing with the automated answering system.  That too is ridiculous and frankly insulting.  Just put people through to people.  Enough already.
