Phone service is getting better not customer service
I literally hate calling this company. The wait times to being passed around and explaining the same situation again and again. I recently upgraded 2 phones and only got one return label. I called for days even went to the brick and mortar location. I still have received it.
A girl opened a ticket saying it should take assurant 1 hour to respond. I was going to pass the 21 days to send in my old device so I shipped both devices in one box. With the other phones info inside.
am pretty sure this isn’t over. Based on past issues.
