Phone order
I ordered a phone. Received tracking info. FedEx claims they attempted delivery did not. I was supposed to receive this phone today. But because i work during the week i won’t be able to get it. XFINITY won’t even allow me to pick it up In the store. Now i have to wait even longer to get a refund and just pick the order up myself. Your representatives knows nothing. No one is ever on the same page. I get different answers from both supervisor and employee. There was a girl that was very rude & refused to get me to a supervisor both today and yesterday. This is the absolute worse service i have ever received. Really thinking about going to another carrier for both mobile & wifi.
