Phone numbers

Why are there not phone numbers on the site to talk directly with the differnt departments. Also, I am paying 150/mo for BASIC CABLE Service. That is pretty bad right there. And contacting customer support is a joke

They looked up my buisness account instead of my personal account, becuase Xfinity is not my Internet provider. Train your reps right.

What did you give them to look up your account?  I would think the business and personal account would have different phone numbers or other identifying info (account number) associated  with them for lookup.

1-800-XFINITY

or the number on your residential billing statement.
