Phone Number Just Hangs Up On You

Honestly, I get cost cutting and not wanting to pay CSR.. but this is too much. I can't contact a person even using the phone number any longer. It doesn't work. It just keeps hanging up on me. I've been experiencing nearly weekly outages for months now and just want an explanation and maybe a guesstimate as to if this work in my area will ever finish. I'm honestly starting to look at my other available Internet service provider options today because I'm so fed up with the Internet service outages and lack of customer service support. The crumb trails and old links from just months ago on posts here just lead you to nowhere also. Dead links. Dead crumb trails. Only able to talk to AI bots via chat and phone. What's happening? Someone needs to bring these issues up to hire ups because this is just synonymous with Xfinity at this point. Embarrassing for them as a corporation tbh. It also will make CSR jobs harder because by the time people are talking to you, it's almost guaranteed the need to be deescalated. Why would you make that the norm?
