One of the quickest ways to get a new remote is to visit a Xfinity store, you can also request one with the Xfinity assistant. 

If you are looking for a specific remote model the best option would be to visit a Xfinity store since we do not have the option to select the specific model for shipment. What type of remote do you currently have? The remote model should be listed on the back near the battery compartment.
