Phone Locked

I tried calling, I get stuck in an endless lope of robot. My phone is locked I tried switching sims but xfinity has a lock on it.

Normally a device unlock in automatic after all conditions were met, but I can help with getting it unlocked. To confirm you got the device from us yourself when you had our mobile service correct, and didn't purchase it through a third party?
