I understand that you have a phone line that wasn't cancelled, and you had requested it be done a few months back. Since I do need to access your account details, I will be following up with you in your DM you already sent.
I don’t know how to get to the DM but I did get ahold of someone a few days ago and she said she fixed it and the line was gone and so was the bill but she didn’t. I’m going to have to go to a store because their phone stuff isn’t working and I’m sick of dealing with this issue.
