Phone Line Is Broken

This is about the last straw for me, before after about 15-20 minutes you could get to a human being. Now your phone system is completely broken I can't get to a human there is no way to get chat to setup a time for a human to call me. In fact I have tried various routes in the system, it does not even bring to anywhere, just dead air after a few selections. Im about to cancel my plan I'm so frustrated. HOW DO I TALK TO AN AGENT? Do not tell me to call 1-800-XFINITY it does not work. I want someone from Xfinity to call me or a system that allows me to talk to a human at some point.

You did not read my message which saddens me... After a few prompts the phone system just stops working and there is dead air. I need someone to reach out to me in some capacity or I'm leaving Xfinity. Just telling me to call the same number is unacceptable at this point.
