Phone Line and Ca'n't Get Through To Technical Support [Edited]

I have been trying, since yesterday, to get through to technical support or to ANYONE by phone. The automated prompts take me up to what I'm looking for and then radio silence. I've been waiting for over an hour.

Since I could not get through, I have decided to cancel service. The issue was with spam calls, which have been, for over a year, relentless, nonstop, and the callers leave messages. We enabled every spam feature possible but that did zero. So we're done. Thanks
