Phone I did not order and am being charged!!

I sent the phone back and it was received. Resolutions dept contacted but never answer the phone Kristin is who I should be talking to. I am being charged for the phone. Someone help me!!! [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Hi @user_egknja, did your caseworker Kristin also email you or provide contact hours? Typically, when they contact you and are unable to reach you they follow back up in a few days.
