Phone Delivery Delayed Over a Month

Our new phone has been sitting at the Memphis Fedex Hub for over a month without an update. We know they have been backed up but to have no update for over a month is too much. Fedex will not help. I went to an Xfinity store and they told me to call their mobile care number but when I call it just gives me a machine that does not help either. Can someone please help us figure this out?
