Phone deactivated

I had an agent deactivated my phone line without confirming with me I’d have them reactivated, but they said they could no longer do that so now I have no service and a phone line number that is connected with all my accounts that I use for verifications  

Agents should be more thorough and careful and dealing with customers private information

user_glvbk0 Thank you so much for your post for help with your phone line. That is not at all the experience we want any customer to have changes normally have to be approved with electronic consent via email or text before they can be complete, I do apologize about that. Is this for a landline or one of our Xfinity Mobile accounts?
