phone and chat agents are all liars

i have been trying to change an appointment for ages to be told it’s changed then i goto reconfirm and it’s not changed even though every single agent tells me they have changed my appointment when asked. now i am going to miss at least one day of wages from you clowns. what’s xfinity plan to make this right and control the repeated lying of their agents? it’s a disgrace to paying customers.

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums for assistance with your appointment, user_c7kytr. I'm sorry to hear this has been your experience so far. This is not the support we aim to provide, and we'd like to help. Just to clarify, you should be able to manage the appointment through our Xfinity App or online. If the date/time you're looking for is not available, you can also sign up for our appointment waitlist using the app. Do you see that option available?

We do apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstandings. Do you see your current appointment listed on the Xfinity app? Sometimes there is no wait list or reschedule option listed if there's no other available appointments and you may only have the option to cancel.  I'll be happy to look further into your appointment to see what we have available just go ahead and send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

i want the systemic culture of lying addressed and why xfinity continues to be ok with it. seemingly the only way to stop it is for customers to contact [Edited: "Solicitation"].
