Phoenix Loss Control Claim
Hi,
We are getting falsely accused and charged for damage caused by a builder clearing the lot behind us. We thought this was resolved last year in October or November however, yesterday we received another letter from Phoenix Loss Control Claim's Integrated Legal Services. The Claim is 239142594. The contractor that cleared the lot behind us on Driscoll ripped down the wires and cause an outage to a bunch of customers. Now we being accused of the damage. We had nothing to do with it and the pole is outside our fenced in yard. We explained this once and thought it was taken care of. Please contact Phoenix and get them off our backs. Please let me know when this has been taken care of. They claim to be working on behalf of Comcast.
