I have gotten 2 emails recently saying that there is a problem with my account and my service will be cut off. When I go to the app everything looks OK. Is this a scam?

Good evening @user_cc03z9, and thank you for taking the time to reach out on our Community Forums to report the emails you have been receiving, we appreciate it and hope you are otherwise having a fantastic Thursday so far. I see that you stated you received 2 emails recently stating there was a problem with your account but everything appears in order when you check the XFINITY app. I've seen a few reports of this recently and had a similar email as well regarding my Mobile account. In those situations, I have seen they are typically spam/phishing emails. If you'd like to check who the sender was or upload a screenshot, we'd be happy to take a look and confirm. If you are pretty sure that it is, I would encourage you to report it to our dedicated security team on our website here https://internet-security-site-web.ho-g3.cf.comcast.net/help/report-abuse. Simply follow the instructions listed in the 'Report Spam Emails' section. Please note that when reporting spam emails, it is critical that you send us the email headers. Please do not forward the spam email. Forwarding the email will remove the original headers.
If you'd like us to verify that your account looks in order on our end as well, please let us know. Rest assured that our customers security is very important to us.

The employee, yet again, posted a CSA link which is only accessible to employees, not to customers. Try https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse instead. If you get a "Bad Request" message on that link, try opening it in a different browser or in a Private/InPrivate/Incognito window.
