Phantom Gateway Delivery

Twice now I was told my new internet gateway would be delivered on a specific date but yet still no device, nor a confirmation email that it was even shipped!?

I honestly give up at this point :(

I can completely understand why you’d feel that way — being told twice that your new gateway would arrive, only for nothing to show up and no shipping confirmation, is beyond frustrating.
