Persistent service interruptions spanning years.
I have had ongoing service interruptions spanning the past 2-3 years. This year alone i have had 4-5 techs out to my home. The line to my house has been replaced twice, the box replaced several times also. I am not able to work from home with these issues.
I am looking to be able to talk to a senior person who can help me get this resolved.
