Persistent Internet Slowdowns Disrupting Work
My internet service slows down every day between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM ET (times vary slightly), to the point where I cannot work. Calls drop, video meetings lag across all programs, and the only way I can stay connected is by switching to my Verizon hotspot (I'm currently on my hotspot to submit this comment).
I have upgraded my plan twice and purchased two wifi extenders, but this has not helped. The automated assistant keeps saying there is no problem, but clearly there is. The slowdowns are consistent, daily, and extremely disruptive.
It is also very difficult to reach an in-person representative on your website. The system goes in circles and doesn’t resolve the issue. I need this escalated to a technical team immediately.
If this cannot be fixed, I will have no choice but to look at other providers.
