Perplexity pro

I had to log out of perplexity pro and need to sign back in, but need the code Xfinity gave me however when I log into xifinry rewards the perplexity pro offer seems to have been removed with all references to my code.  Can you give the perplexity code again?

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

I would like to know if the perplexity discount is still available at this time? Or something similar? If so could someone provide the steps needed to take advantage of this discount? Thanks

Hello, @user_y1iwum if the reward was listed, and now it's no longer available this means the reward did expire.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
