Permit for new comcast cable in new construction

I'm building my house, which is planning a trench for electric, comcast cable etc together.
I have applied a new Comcast internet service, but It has be over a month.  the pse permit has be submitted to city. For comcast, a ticket created, but not update since then. We just need a right of way permit from Comcast about the internet cable. can someone help? thanks!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Greetings huizijing007

Can you please provide me an idea of when the PSE permit applications were submitted? I am extremely familiar with this process, from our end the most common timeline is around 60 days from the permit approval. Unfortunately, the process does take a good period of time for planning and scheduling. Permitting end of things is not something I am familiar, my experience is that we are typically the ones waiting to receive permits for the work, not issue.

@XfinityThomasB Thanks Thomas,
the PSE permit was submitted in Nov 14th 2023,  which labels the trench location etc details.
According to city reviewer, it just waits for Comcast's internet cable right of way permit.
So it's not something complex, but put the cable into the same trench.
The PSE permit is there: [Edited: Personal Information]

Thanks

Gotcha! huizijing007 Just to make sure we have all of our ducks in a row. Have you already contacted the Comcast contact provided on the permit application? The notes I am reading are listed in the First Review Row on the activities' section of the link you had sent.
