performance plus internet

I haven't changed my plan for years which includes internet and voice (unlimited home phone line).

The plan is called Perfomance Plus Internet and says 75Mb download. It's not amazing, but works fine for my household. 

When I look at other service options, I can change my plan and get the 500Mb plan plus unlimited phone for essentially the same price. 

Is this too good to be true? Am I missing something that I would loose out on if I leave the current plan I was grandfathered into?
