Pending refund

Hello, I received a text message last week that I should receive a refund.
So far I haven't received anything and I cannot access my account any longer.

Good morning @user_9aj46n I hope you're having a smooth start to your day. Thanks for reaching out regarding your refund, I know if I received that notification I'd be wondering the same. Usually when you are receiving a refund you'll also get an email asking how you want to receive the refund, have you checked for any emails from Xfinity?
