Pending order?
I called to cancel my TV and Home phone service months ago and they were never cancelled and you guys kept charging me the same amount after I was told my bill would change. I would like to be reimbursed for the months of TV and Phone I was charged for [Edited: All Caps] after I cancelled, and I would like them to [Edited: All Caps] actually cancelled. I would like to keep my internet and nothing else. Like I was told would happen months ago.
