Hi, I'm new to Xfinity and I placed an internet order 4 days ago, but the status still shows as "pending." I'm not sure if something is wrong or if there's just a delay. Can someone help me check on this?

Our Digital Care Team is awesome to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to review and resolve issues quickly, providing all the information you need along the way :) To confirm, have you already followed the steps to Create Your Xfinity ID? And are you able to log in to My Account at this time? I also recommend downloading the Xfinity App, where you should be able to see any open/pending orders. Did you schedule a professional installation for your new service, or request a Getting Started Kit (GSK) for self-installment?
