Pending order status on account

My account shows a pending order and I have not made any purchases other than wanting to change my plan . This has been since December 2025 and this issue still hasn’t been resolved and I keep getting billed outrageously. I have tried talking to so many reps and each say they will take care of this issue and nothing has changed!

Hello @Mflores29 It sounds like whatever package change you made did not complete and might be an open order which is why no billing changed. But we will need to access the account to confirm what is happening.

 

Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address to get started. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
