Pending Order and Picking Up Equipment

I just changed my internet package. On the phone, they gave me the option to have my equipment shipped to me or pick it up in store. Since I have to return the old equipment anyway, I said I'd just pick it up in store. How do I know which store to go to? There are two near my house.

And when will my order switch from Pending to Complete?

You can pick up the equipment at any service center that is convenient for you, there would not be a specific location required. The order will complete once the new equipment is picked up and activated.
